Our stay was wonderful. Clean room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Water pressure could have been better. Overall this location provided exactly what we needed.
Hotel itself is great. Clean room. Large. Great A.C.. Desk staff overnight is not up to snuff. Totally apathetic. Day staff was incredible. Breakfast was pretty good. Great coffee, and wonderful customer service. I'd stay there again.
I do not recommend this facility. The room I stayed in looked pretty good on the first glance but when he started to look at the details and it grossed me out. Window curtains that were filthy bathroom that was too small the door almost hit the toilet. And there were stains on the sheets and then there was the noise so when I went to complain about the noise that's when I found out the phone didn't work and in addition the TV didn't work either
Nice hotel, for what you pay. It's got all the basic needs: hot shower; comfortable room; friendly staff; etc...But the gym equipment is a bit dated and the staff will only accept cash for items out of the hotel shop, (first time ever that I've seen that in a hotel that had one.)
The room was clean and roomy. The staff was not friendly. I was asked when I reserved the room if I has any requests. I asked for extra towels. I didn't receive extra. Actually I received 3 towels for 4 guests. I left a not for housekeeping to request extra towels. They replaced the 3 dirty ones with 3 clean ones. I don't think expecting a towel for each guest is a lot to ask for.
