Currently sitting in a room, it has been 4 hours and I still have yet to see a doctor. The lady in the room next door said she's been here 5 hours and was told she needed a shot, but no one ever came back. They said they only have one doctor, but even if there were 8 people in all the available rooms, no urgent care doctor is going to take that much time with each patient. This is nuts.
I was in and out in no time .great service from all , And most importantly, I'm feeling back to normal today thank goodness !
The entire office staff was a pleasure to work with. They made sure I had everything everything I needed and more. They went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Frantasia (front desk) was friendly and greeted us immediately with a smile. She went out of her way to make sure we had our school excuses and all. Thank you all for being great.
We just love Dr. Kockrum and Dr. Couns at the AFC in Saraland they are so nice and explain everything to you and actually take the time to answer any questions we may have.
I LOVE DR COCHRAN.. SHE IS SO SPECIAL TO ME.. SHE IS THE BEST.. SHE LISTENS TO U AN SHE IS VERY COMPASSIONATE. .I LOVE HER
