Horrible I was trying to get a ride home today and they was trying to do paperwork to put me and my kids out in he cold! They are not people friendly that was on dec12 2017 at 5:15 pm whoever on that crew in saraland.
The staff and vehicle were superb as usual. My only issue with my rental experience is the way debit cards are handled for frequent tier members. I am a plus tier member and loyal customer since 2007. My license, and debit card information are all on my profile. Why am I still expected to complete a debit card form for renting? I think a discount on deposit would be a nice tier incentive also. Maybe even wave the deposit for Platinum tier members? Just some suggestions.
I would like to say Nick has great customer service skills and i will always go back and rent from this enterprise and i always recommend people to go there......the vehicles are always clean and ready to go......love love love this place.
Ugh. Don't even get me started on this place. When I show up they ask if I have 2 previous bills because I'm using a card. Which they don't take checks or cash convienent. After finally getting a car. The transmission fails 45 minutes after leaving the store. So it takes me close to an hour to get back to the store. After returning they give me a lower model car than the one I requested. I had to ask for something bigger. I mean come on....
Was a little late and they didn't have any cars available. And was told they may not get any. Several customers waiting for cars
