Coming from out of state, it can be a bit nerve wracking, especially when you are buying an older used car. Ron was very informative every step of the way though, and I never felt pressured the way you do with "used car salesman". You can tell Ron does this because he is passionate about the business and not just to make a quick buck.
Captain Ron and his son are excellent people and as honest as you'll ever find in auto sales. I just bought an 07 Tundra from him for a great price, and there was zero hassle or hidden fees. They also offer a warranty on the engine for a period of time after purchase. I'll do business with them again when I get rid of my wife's SUV.
I always recommend getting older cars checked out by an independent mechanic, but even when issues arose Ron helped to get me squared away and I felt he really went above and beyond the call of duty of what you typically expect!
Cons: There was some routine maintenance that the prior owner should have done and likely just didn't want to mess with. I wasn't really expecting the repairs, but as I mentioned I felt Ron was very professional and went above and beyond in helping me.
I recently purchased an old Toyota 4Runner from Ron and was extremely pleased with the whole interaction and service that Ron provided!
Pros: Very professional service, very knowledgeable, good quality vehicle. He even went out of his way to pick me up from the bus stop at 5 am so I didn't have to sit there for hours.

If you are looking for a Toyota, I can't recommend Captain Ron's Auto enough. I hope to drive mine for another 10+ years, but would certainly do business with Ron again in the future!
